AFFILIATE PLAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.The referrer will start earning commissions when the affiliate registers with Neuronaltrader and links their Deriv account, which will be used for real account trading on the various platforms authorized by Neuronaltrader.

2.Commissions for affiliates will be credited within the first five days of each month. Commissions are derived from transactions executed in real accounts by their affiliates.

3.For referrers to be eligible for commission accreditation, it is an essential requirement that they conduct operations in a real account within any of our authorized platforms throughout the current month.

Additionally, Referrers must achieve a minimum net profit derived from their trading activities. The minimum net profit threshold varies depending on the number of affiliates in the Referrer’s network and is established as follows:

• For a network of 1 to 25 affiliates, the minimum required net profit is 1 USD.

• For a network of 26 to 50 affiliates, the minimum required net profit increases to 3 USD.

• For networks exceeding 51 affiliates, a minimum net profit of 5 USD is required.

• These conditions are designed to ensure active and committed participation of the Referrers on the platform, thus promoting integrity and fairness in the Referral Program.

4.The referrer must be aware that if no trading activity is recorded in their real account on any of our authorized platforms for 30 consecutive days, the commissions generated by their affiliates will expire permanently. This measure is taken to encourage and reward active and continuous participation in our community.

You can generate new commissions by restarting your operations on our authorized platforms. These can be credited to your account on the corresponding commission payment date, provided you meet the minimum operational activity requirement. This means that you have the opportunity every month to reactivate your earning potential by meeting the required activity.

5.Commissions are non-refundable if, at the time of their payment, the referrer’s account is deactivated.

6.The referrer will only receive commissions when the affiliate performs operations in a real account on any of the authorized platforms. Commissions will not be generated for the referrer if the affiliate does not perform operations in a real account.

7.The Referrer will have access to detailed statistical information regarding their earnings generated from commissions, derived from the activity of their affiliate network. This information will be available transparently and in accordance with the privacy policies and terms of use established by Neuronaltrader. (Read the Referrer Agreement with Neuronaltrader)

8.Referrers who fail to comply with the terms set out in the agreement with the referrer will not be able to receive any type of incentive derived from their affiliates. https://neuronaltrader.com/affiliate-agreement

9.Any act of fraudulent nature by Referrers will result in the immediate cancellation of their status as a referrer within Neuronaltrader’s referral plan, without prejudice to the affiliates within their network.

10.At Neuronaltrader, we value transparency and open communication. Therefore, we commit to notifying Referrers about their disassociation from the Referral Plan. This practice reflects our desire to foster understanding and mutual respect among all parties involved, in line with our values of integrity and professionalism.

11.Neuronaltrader reserves the right to make modifications to the terms and conditions of the Referral Program at any time. Committed to transparency, we will ensure to communicate any changes to Referrers through all available communication channels, thus guaranteeing they are duly informed.

12.Registration with Neuronaltrader does not establish a partnership relationship, either directly or indirectly, with Neuronaltrader. Registered users are considered independent and do not have shareholding, legal representation, or decision-making capacity in the management or operations of Neuronaltrader.
