AFFILIATE PLAN REFERRER AGREEMENT WITH NEURONALTRADER
1.This Referrer Agreement is entered into between Neuronaltrader, a legal entity (also referred to as “we” or “the organization”) and the Referrer (also referred to as “you”).
2.The Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the Agreement”) pertains to the Referrer Agreement, any annexes added to it, as well as other documents and information available on the Neuronaltrader Websites. By requesting our services, you consent to the terms and conditions of all documents within our website, which are part of the Agreement. Doing so means that, in the event that you participate as a Referrer in our Referral Plan, both you and we will be obligated to follow and comply with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
3.For your benefit and protection, make sure to take sufficient time to read the Agreement, as well as any other documentation and additional information available on the organization’s websites, before opening a trading account or engaging in any activity with us.
4.You expressly acknowledge and agree that: (a) by completing and submitting to the organization (Neuronaltrader) an application form to open a Trading Account and/or by clicking on any button or similar statement of confirmation intended to indicate your approval and acceptance of this Agreement and/or (b) by accessing or using and/or continuing to access or use the services provided by the Company, you fully agree to comply with and be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in the Agreement, as applicable to your case.
5.Our intention is for the Agreement to contain all the terms and conditions that govern our relationship and your activities with us; that the Agreement shall prevail over any other agreement, arrangement, express or implied statement made by us; and that any act, omission, or statement (whether oral or otherwise) made by you or by us, including by any of our employees with whom you may have dealt, shall not modify or take precedence over the Agreement. Therefore, no other agreement outside of this document will be valid.
6.The acceptance of this agreement does not establish any kind of partnership relationship, neither with Neuronaltrader nor with any member of the team.
7.The acceptance of this agreement does not authorize you to represent us in any scenario, legal or promotional.
START AND DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT
1.Neuronaltrader will provide its services strictly under the following terms and conditions, which are non-negotiable and may be modified from time to time at Neuronaltrader’s discretion.
2.By adhering to this Agreement, the Referrer agrees to conduct all Trading and Non-Trading Operations under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Adherence to this Agreement is made by the Referrer at the moment a Personal Profile is opened (registered) on the website or mobile application owned by Neuronaltrader.
3.The Agreement shall commence once your Trading Account is activated.
4.The organization reserves the right to deny any person the participation in this Agreement, to open a Trading Account, create a Personal Profile, or cancel any person’s adherence to this Agreement at Neuronaltrader’s sole discretion.
5.Neuronaltrader reserves the right to terminate the participation of any Referrer in the referral plan, in case such Referrer engages in behaviors considered inappropriate, fraudulent, or abusive. This includes, but is not limited to, practices such as trade volume falsification, market manipulation, among other activities contrary to business ethics and applicable regulations.
6.In the event that a Referrer is disassociated from the Neuronaltrader Referral Plan, the affiliates associated with their code will be taken under the direct guardianship of Neuronaltrader. This measure ensures the continuity of services and benefits for the affiliates, maintaining Neuronaltrader’s commitment to integrity and support for our community.
SERVICES
1.We offer you access to trading operations through our BinaryTools.io platform, as well as the use of all the instruments we offer and are available on our website.
2.We do not provide investment, financial, legal, tax, or any other form of advice. You understand that you should conduct your own assessment of any transaction before engaging in Trading Operations and that no opinion, material, or analysis provided by us or any of our affiliates, employees, or other related parties should be interpreted as advice or recommendation.
3.We do not offer investment research, and any material containing market analysis, the market analyses we perform for our users are considered marketing communications and should not be interpreted as advice, recommendation, or research.
4.We offer you technical support on the use of our platform.
5.We offer you totally free access to our Telegram communities.
6.We offer you the earning of commissions when the affiliate registers with Neuronaltrader and links their Deriv account, which will be used to carry out operations in a real account on the different platforms authorized by Neuronaltrader.
BRAND USAGE PERMISSIONS
1.The use of the Neuronaltrader brand in any form of advertising, both in digital and print media, without the express authorization of Neuronaltrader, is strictly prohibited. This restriction includes, but is not limited to, paid advertisements and promotions that use the name or logo of Neuronaltrader.
2.Users are not authorized to use the logos, typography, colors, or other visual identity elements associated with Neuronaltrader applications without the prior written consent of Neuronaltrader. This restriction applies in all contexts and media, in order to protect the intellectual property rights of Neuronaltrader.
3.Neuronaltrader authorizes all users of BinaryTools.io, as well as users of all other available versions of the site, to use the images of the platform’s charts for analytical purposes, in addition to any press release, books, articles, blog posts, and any other publications, as well as to conduct educational sessions, display BinaryTool.io charts during video streams, including summaries, news, analytics, or otherwise, use or promote the charts and libraries of BinaryTool.io or any product from the Neuronaltrader.com website, provided that, at all times, a clear reference to the use of such charts and Neuronaltrader products is made.
4.The attribution must include a reference to BinaryTool.io, among others, as described in this document.
5.The use of BinaryTools.io charts for videos or for any other type of promotion where a clear reference to the platform is not made and that could be fraudulent will not be authorized.
ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SITES
1.Neuronaltrader may include links to third-party websites. Some of these websites may contain objectionable, illegal, or inappropriate materials. You agree that Neuronaltrader is not responsible for any operational or trading activity, as well as any other type of activity that takes place on other sites accessed through links.
2.We provide these links purely for informational purposes and are not responsible for the content or services offered by these websites. Any relationship you maintain or transaction you conduct with Neuronaltrader advertisers is your responsibility as well as the advertiser’s, and you agree that we are not liable for any loss or claim against any advertiser.
3.At Neuronaltrader, the collection of contacts for unauthorized commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may result in sanctions, including, among others, the temporary or permanent blocking of the account that violates the rules, and any relevant legal measures in force regarding any economic damage incurred may be taken.
ACCESS AND SECURITY
You accept responsibility for the confidentiality and use of any username and email address you use to register and access our Referral Plan. You are also responsible for keeping your password and account confidential and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. Neuronaltrader cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with security obligations. You agree to (a) immediately notify Neuronaltrader of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. Neuronaltrader cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply.
INTERNAL OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION
1.At Neuronaltrader, we do not provide confidential information upon request about other referrers. You will only have access to your personal information.
2.The referrer will have access to a monthly report reflecting the amount in commissions derived from the operations made by the affiliates linked to their network. Third-party reports will not be generated; the information is personal and confidential, directed to each referrer.
3.Neuronaltrader reserves the right to maintain the confidentiality of all financial and operational information within its platforms, in accordance with its data privacy and security policies. We do not pursue individual objectives; Neuronaltrader is a platform that has always been characterized by transparency with its community.
COMMISSIONS FOR THE REFERRAL PLAN
1.The referrer will start earning commissions when the affiliate registers with Neuronaltrader and links their Deriv account, which will be used to carry out operations in a real account on the different platforms authorized by Neuronaltrader.
2.Commissions for affiliates will be credited within the first five days of each month. Commissions are derived from transactions executed in real accounts by their affiliates.
3.For referrers to be eligible for commission accreditation, it is an essential requirement that they conduct operations in a real account within any of our authorized platforms throughout the current month.
Additionally, Referrers must achieve a minimum net profit derived from their trading activities. The minimum net profit threshold varies depending on the number of affiliates in the Referrer’s network, and is established as follows:
For a network of 1 to 25 affiliates, the minimum required net profit is 1 USD.
For a network of 26 to 50 affiliates, the minimum required net profit increases to 3 USD.
For networks exceeding 51 affiliates, a minimum net profit of 5 USD is required.
These conditions are designed to ensure active and committed participation of the Referrers on the platform, thus promoting integrity and fairness in the Referral Program.
4.The referrer must be aware that if no trading activity is recorded in their real account on any of our authorized platforms for 30 consecutive days, the commissions generated by their affiliates will expire permanently. This measure is taken to encourage and reward active and continuous participation in our community.
The Referrer can generate new commissions by restarting their operations on our authorized platforms. These can be credited to their account on the corresponding commission payment date, provided they meet the minimum operational activity requirement. This means they have the opportunity every month to reactivate their earning potential by meeting the required activity.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any loss or damage that you or any other person may incur as a result of any investment or trading activity carried out based on any type of information or material received through Neuronaltrader or in our Telegram community.
